Welcome to Katahdin Ridge Alpacas.  Located in the mountainous region of Northern Maine, near the end of the Appalachian Trail, the Katahdin Ridge Alpaca  farm is blessed with a climate similar to that of the Central Andes, where alpacas have flourished for thousands of years.  Our beautiful hilltop farm is ideal for breeding and raising these fine animals as they are given an ample amount of land to roam and perfect weather conditions.

Katahdin Ridge was established in 2000 and now specializes in the breeding of Huacaya alpacas.  The Katahdin Ridge website is our newest addition to the farm and is currently in the infant stage.  We hope to have the photo gallery up soon, but until then please enjoy the rest of the site.
